windows server系统在安装完成后一般上用的都是微软自家的时间服务器，由于各种原因导致时间同步不准，这里改成国内阿里云的时间同步服务器来解决。
解决方法
1、确保ntp.aliyun.com域名在内网放行，使用w32tm /stripchart /computer:ntp.aliyun.com测试，测试成功如下图
2、修改同步源为aliyun时间同步服务器
w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:ntp.aliyun.com /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes /update
w32tm /config /update
net stop w32time
net start w32time
w32tm /resync /rediscover
w32tm /query /source3、编辑一条PC策略，设置同步地址为域控
4、检查时间服务器是否修改成功
